To help us answer faster

• About an order? Include your order number. It is in your confirmation email and starts with #.
• Something arrived damaged? Attach a photo. We will replace it, no return needed.
• Not sure which pillow? Tell us how you sleep: side, back, front, or a bit of everything, and whether you sleep hot. That is usually enough for us to point you to the right one.
