Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pillowfairy.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before buying.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Pillowfairy ("we", "us"). You can reach us at fairypillow7@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We do our best to describe our products and display their colors accurately. Screens vary, and small variations in color, dimensions and loft are normal for molded foam and textile products and are not defects. Our products are household bedding items. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we make no medical claims about them.

4. Children's products

Our kids pillow is intended for children aged 4 and over. Pillows are not safe for infants and should never be placed in a crib, cot or bassinet.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Discounts

Automatic discounts and discount codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, one code per order and codes do not combine with automatic quantity discounts.

9. Your content

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our store. You confirm the content is yours to share.

10. Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. Where that law gives you stronger rights than these terms, that law applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Pillowfairy is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
