FairyAlign™ Ergonomic Cervical Pillow
Four-zone ergonomic pillow, in two heights. 27 x 15 in.
Same shape, same width, same price. Only the loft changes.
Two molded heights, not a compromise
Most brands sell one pillow you flip, with one side slightly higher. We mold two distinct heights — and the right one costs the same.
Published measurements, not promises
Every height is written down. You know exactly what arrives at your door.
Four zones, not a block
Neck, head, sides, ears. Every part of the shape has a job.
Four zones, four jobs
Not a block of foam. A shape drawn around what your head does for eight hours.

Neck contour
The front curve fills the hollow under your neck instead of leaving it unsupported.
Head cradle
Holds the back of the skull and spreads pressure instead of concentrating it.
Side wings
Taller than the center. This is what makes side sleeping bearable.
Ear relief pockets
Two recesses so your ear is not folded or crushed all night.
It adapts to you, not the other way round

The front curve fills the hollow under your neck, so your head rests level instead of being tipped forward all night.

The wings sit higher than the center to fill the gap between your shoulder and your ear. The ear pockets keep the pressure off.
The lower center gives your head somewhere to sit without craning your neck upward. Choose Low if this is your main position.

The questions we actually get
Under 5'7" choose Low. 5'7" and above choose High. If you sleep on your side or have broad shoulders, choose High whatever your height. Both cost the same, so pick on fit, not on price.
Three to seven nights for most people. Memory foam holds your neck in a position it is not used to yet, and that adjustment period is normal. If night three feels odd, that is the pillow working, not the pillow failing.
2 to 5 business days to process your order, then 3 to 10 business days for delivery. Demand is high right now, so we give you an honest range rather than a number we cannot hold. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Medium-firm. It gives under the weight of your head and comes back. That is the whole point — a soft pillow flattens by 2 a.m. and stops supporting anything.
You have 30 days from delivery. The pillow has to come back in like-new condition and in its original packaging, and a $15 return and processing fee applies per order — so email us before you order if you are unsure, it costs nothing and we answer within one business day. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it at our cost with no fee.
The cover unzips and goes in the machine on a cold cycle, then air dry. The foam core is not washed — spot clean it and air it out.
Compressed and vacuum-sealed in a box. Unwrap it and give it 24 to 48 hours to expand to full height before your first night on it. A faint foam smell for the first day or two is normal — air it in a ventilated room and it goes.
It is 27 x 15 in, a standard US size, so a standard case fits. It also ships with its own removable, machine-washable cover.
